How to delete your account from within the app

1. Open the SystemSync app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete My Account.
4. Review the confirmation notice and confirm the deletion.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you'd like to keep a copy of your information first, use Settings → Export My Data before deleting.

How to request deletion if you can't access the app: If you're unable to sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask a question or two to confirm ownership, and we will complete the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted: When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data you created, including:

• Your account information (such as your email address)
• Tasks, reminders, and timers
• System member profiles and related notes
• Check-ins and mood or state logs
• Medication and supplement logs
• Grounding tools and saved support/crisis resources
• Internal system chat messages
• App settings, preferences, and rewards data

What is kept, and for how long: When you confirm deletion, your data is removed from our active systems right away. Residual copies may remain in our encrypted backups for a short time and are purged within 30 days, after which they cannot be recovered.

In limited cases, we may retain a minimal amount of information where we are legally required to do so (for example, to comply with a legal obligation), and only for as long as the law requires.
