About Me
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Cornerstone University, pursuing a specialized concentration in trauma-informed care. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not a destination but a journey — one best traveled with compassion, connection, and grace.
I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where every client feels genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Drawing from a collaborative, client-centered approach, I meet each person exactly where they are, honoring their unique story and lived experience. Together, we work to build resilience, cultivate insight, and foster lasting hope.
Areas of Support
I welcome clients navigating a wide range of life experiences, including:
Beyond my clinical work, I embrace a life centered on balance, connection, and curiosity. I find joy in active pursuits — traveling to new destinations, boating and kayaking on the water, and savoring the social art of wine tasting. Much of my heart these days is dedicated to cheering on my son through his travel and high school athletic endeavors, including football, baseball, and basketball, an experience I find deeply rewarding.
My husband and I continue to cultivate our partnership through shared adventures, having recently embraced e-biking as a favorite way to explore and connect. When the pace slows, I enjoy the warmth of time with family and close friends, spirited rounds of Euchre, and quiet evenings with our beloved Cavapoo, Paisley. My downtime often includes a good true crime or whodunit drama, or an absorbing historical documentary series — a reflection of my natural curiosity about people and the stories that shape them.
A Space Built for You
I understand that reaching out for support takes courage. It is a privilege I do not take lightly to walk alongside clients in their healing — to bear witness to their growth and to hold space for both their pain and their strength.
Whether you are in the midst of a crisis or simply seeking greater clarity and well-being, my goal is to offer a safe, affirming environment where you can grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.
I look forward to connecting with you.
I do not currently take insurance, and I either offer free or low-cost services.
